OAPTAR provides a range of evidence-based, practical, and accessible resources to support prevention, treatment, recovery, and community wellbeing. Our resources are developed through years of experience working with schools, families, communities, and service providers across Malaysia and the Asia region. They are designed to support educators, counsellors, practitioners, and community leaders in delivering high-quality, impactful programmes. Resources include training materials, programme manuals, tools, activity guides, and knowledge products aligned with national and international standards.
Programme Manuals & Guides
We develop and adapt manuals that support effective programme implementation,
including:
● Wellness Champion Programme (WCP) Manuals
SEL modules, peer helper guidance, classroom activities, and student workbooks.
● Family Wellness Programme (Keluarga Sejahtera) Manual
Facilitator guide, session plans, family activities, communication exercises, and
culturally adapted tools.
● Community-Based Training Manuals Mental health literacy, youth empowerment, and community mobilisation guides.
These manuals help facilitators deliver structured, meaningful sessions that support family
and community wellbeing.
Training Resources
Our training materials are used across Malaysia and the region to build capacity among
professionals and community leaders. Resources include:
